Regular shippers are provided with our flexible implant system which can be customised to suit any particular requirements. This streamlines the processing of consignments by storing addresses and guiding users through the necessary steps.

OnTrack

This is B & H’s online freight and courier tracking system. Produced in-house and developed based on feedback from our customers, it was initially devised as a tool for the aviation and aerospace communities.

The system has many features unique to those industries; including a ‘round trip’ tracking facility to cover the repair and overhaul cycle of aircraft parts. OnTrack has since developed into a robust and sophisticated tracking tool suitable for obtaining information on all shipment types.

One of the advantages of OnTrack is that it allows your shipments to be monitored by different departments within your organisation. Access is available with partial shipment information. For example, your purchasing department can track by your purchase order number without needing to know the carrier’s air waybill number. Unlike some other methods of tracking there is no need to cross-refer an air waybill number to your order. You can access all information recorded by OnTrack via a password protected website which is available and updated 24 hours a day.

MailTrack

Developed in-house, MailTrack is our online tracking system for bulk international postings. From the day we receive your mailing instructions or print order the details become visible on our password protected website. As the mailing progresses you will be able to see when we receive databases, labels and most importantly when and how items are dispatched.
